Returns and Exchange(R/E) Policy

Order Changes
If you need to make a change to a confirmed order, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours from receipt of your order confirmation email. Beyond 24 hours, the order cannot be changed.

Conditions for Exchange/Refund:

We will be able to return/exchange of a product only if the following conditions are met:

1 Return/ Exchange should be initiated within 15 days of order delivery.

2 The tags on the product should be intact.

3 The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.

4. The product does not have personalised text/embroidery on it. 5. In the event of a return or exchange, if the merchandise does not meet the required conditions, we reserve the right to withhold the refundable amount/ cancel the exchange.

Special Cases

1. Reverse Pickup:In most cases, our logistics partners will be able to service the pick up requests in the case of R&E. However, in the select instance that our service partners do not service your location, you can coordinate with our team and send us the parcel through certain steps that shall be duly communicated by our team to you. Since we give complimentary shipping for all products, OnCall shall not bear the cost of shipping the returned product, but we advise our customers the reasonable shipping cost it should take for them to send the parcel to us.

2. In case of Return initiated and subsequently couriered the product by the Customer himself/herself, if it is found that the claimed shipment was not delivered to OnCall Scrubs or the shipment was empty, the onus shall be on the customer to prove through presentation/submission of Proof of Delivery (PoD) from the concerned logistic service provider to establish his/her claim of return.

3. OnCall will not be liable for the products returned by mistake 4. In a scenario where a product not belonging to OnCall is returned by mistake, OnCall is not accountable for misplacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the customer.

5. In case of any discrepancy in the status of self shipping of a product, (where the customer claims the product has been returned, while our system suggests otherwise) refund will be initiated only if the customer successfully furnishes the RVP slip given at the time of the pick up.

 

Exchange:

Size exchange can be availed at the special price of an item. Please take note that this is applicable only on products that are NOT embroidered on/ dont have personalised text.

Refunds:

In case you dont receive the delivery within the time period, you will be entitled to claim refund of the entire cost of the Product after adjusting relevant courier charges and such other charges that OnCall Scrubs may at its own discretion deduct. In case you do not raise a refund claim as per the conditions laid out above, you shall be ineligible for a refund. In the event that the refund facility is not available in full or in part for certain Products, you shall not be entitled to a refund in respect of such Products. Refunds, if any, shall be made at the same issuing bank through which the Product was purchased. For cash on delivery transactions, you have the option to receive the refund in any bank account via UPI (for which the User shall have to share the UPI details) For payments made through electronic means like debit card, credit card, net banking, wallet etc. refund shall be made using the same payment mode. All refunds shall be made in Indian Rupees only.
