Yes, in case of non-embroidery products, we accept order cancellation request if the product is not dispatched from our unit. Unfortunately, we don’t accept cancellations on personalized orders. Please fill out ___.

For non embroidered orders we accept modification requests within 2-4 hours, or before the order has been dispatched. Please keep in mind, we strive to dispatch these orders within 12 hours, to get your product to you asap.
In case of personalized orders, we are unable to provide modifications.

Oncall scrubs are made using premium grade polyester fabrics. They’re breathable, lightweight, dry fast, wrinkle resistant, stretchable – just like your sportswear. ( let’s be honest – medicine is an adventure sport ! )

We recommend washing your scrubs in cold water and tumble-drying them on low. This is important for the durability of the product and for you to have the perfect experience wearing them to work every day:) Please don’t bleach your scrubs or use very harsh chemicals.

In case your color of preference is part of our core collection, don’t worry. They are regularly replenished and will be available soon.

We’re sorry that you’re not fully satisfied with your order. If you have ordered an embroidered set, we will unfortunately not be able to return or exchange the product. If you have ordered without the embroidery, we will be happy to return/exchange the product within 15 days from the date of delivery, so that you’re happy with the entire experience. To return or exchange please fill out the R/E form.
Please Note- if the products are used, tags removed or damaged in any way, then in that case we will not be proceeding with the exchange or refund.
