In how my days can I expect my order?
We will try our best to get you the non-personalized orders within 4-5 days of confirmation. As for the personalized orders you can expect them between 7-10 days of order confirmation.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, in case of non-embroidery products, we accept order cancellation request if the product is not dispatched from our unit. Unfortunately, we don’t accept cancellations on personalized orders. Please fill out ___.
Can I modify my order?
For non embroidered orders we accept modification requests within 2-4 hours, or before the order has been dispatched. Please keep in mind, we strive to dispatch these orders within 12 hours, to get your product to you asap.
In case of personalized orders, we are unable to provide modifications.

What are the Scrub Sets made of?
Oncall scrubs are made using premium grade polyester fabrics. They’re breathable, lightweight, dry fast, wrinkle resistant, stretchable – just like your sportswear. ( let’s be honest – medicine is an adventure sport ! )

How do I wash my scrubs?
We recommend washing your scrubs in cold water and tumble-drying them on low. This is important for the durability of the product and for you to have the perfect experience wearing them to work every day:) Please don’t bleach your scrubs or use very harsh chemicals.
What if the colour of my choice is out of stock?
In case your color of preference is part of our core collection, don’t worry. They are regularly replenished and will be available soon.
If your color of preference is a seasonal variant, you can write to us at hello@wearoncall.com to let us know of your interest, and we will notify you as soon as they are back in stock!
What if I wish to place a bulk order?

How can I return or exchange my product?
We’re sorry that you’re not fully satisfied with your order. If you have ordered an embroidered set, we will unfortunately not be able to return or exchange the product. If you have ordered without the embroidery, we will be happy to return/exchange the product within 15 days from the date of delivery, so that you’re happy with the entire experience. To return or exchange please fill out the R/E form.
Please Note- if the products are used, tags removed or damaged in any way, then in that case we will not be proceeding with the exchange or refund.
Can I return my embroidered set?
We’re terribly sorry but we can't accept embroidered sets back. We encourage you to see the sizing chart here or get in touch with our team at 9650056109, or hello@wearoncall.com if you have any doubts regarding your order beforehand
How will I receive the refund for my returned products?
In case of returns our team initiates the refunds after the returned items passes the quality checks at our units. Please note- this entire process from receiving a return request to quality check can take upto 2 weeks’ time, depending on the location and the pin code.
