BULK ORDER POLICY

OnCall also takes bulk orders. We define bulk orders as an order of more than 15 sets.

We deliver all over India to support you. We don't deliver internationally as of now.

For bulk orders you have to just leave us your details on the form https://wearoncall.com/pages/bulk-order. 

We will reply to you within 1 day after discussing with our team. 

 

PAYMENT FOR BULK ORDERS

For bulk orders you have to pay 70% of the amount in advance. We accept credit card, debit card, net banking or cash on delivery for the remaining 30% payment that is due.

Shipment of bulk orders

We send all packages through reputed courier companies. You will receive your bulk order within 15-18  working days as the products for bulk orders go under production after receipt of 70% of the payment. You can even track your bulk orders.

PACKAGES IN DAMAGED CONDITION

If you see that the package is in damaged condition while taking delivery; please call our helpline at: +919650056109

RETURN OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you receive the product in damaged condition then please contact our customer care executive. You can return the product in 10 working days.
